Shadows not displaying

Hi, I am re-rendering an interior scene in 3ds Max 2020 & Arnold 3.2.65 which includes Venetian blinds. Shadows from the blind slats rendered in the original scene rendered using V-Ray but do not when rendered using Arnold. I have four windows each with an Arnold Quad light set as a Portal, one Skydome with an HDRI image assigned, and a distant light used to generate the shadows. I have attached an image of the Vray Shadows and the Arnold image with no shadows. Any help much appreciated. Thanks Peter

Attatched 2020 file in zip.
Try see if you can get something out of this, by sharpening up the shadows.
