anybody having any luck using the ocean blending in the liquid shape? I am using a guided simulation and baked displacement maps. My displacement and the simulation do match really close ( I am using bend with guide 1.0 in the guide property) but I get a lot of areas where the blending doesn't work as expected. I am using the ocean value as a multiplier to my displacement shader but it seems that the ocean user value is 0 where the waves do go below zero Y. I also tried to use a deformed plane (texture deformer) but that results in even weirder results as Arnold renders two planes, one is flat and below is the deformed plane.
