I'm not sure it's the settings, even the preview in the image shader seems to be blurry. Can you try using the same image background with the native Standard Renderer? Just to see if the problem is in Arnold.

Ahh, sorry, I just saw the other thread. So the image renders correctly without the color_correct shader? Can you show the settings of color_correct?
