Correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think so?

Afaik Arnold Scene Source files can't be imported back to Max or Maya and

Universal Scene Description Plugins for Max and Maya are on the way but there is no ETA yet.

If you are capable and willing to build the plugins yourself you can check out the github page

You can import/export materials as .ass files from Maya and 3ds Max and .fbx for geo/cameras/(lights).

3ds Max has File -> Send to Maya but the equivalent menu no longer seems to be in Maya 2020.

Afaik Send to only works if you have the same Version of Max and Maya. Do you have matching versions installed? Or did they remove it completely?

Regardless, doesn't Send to basically just exports the whole scene as FBX?
