Hi Siva ! 🙂
Maybe "diffuse_albedo" is the one you need.
This is an Arnold 4 documentation page about AOVs :

Hi Sebo,

I could not find an aov called "diffuse_albedo" on my maya aov panel. But the diffuse_albedo" aov is showing in the documentation. Can please help me in it. By the way, we are using Maya 2014.
Thank you
4.4.11.0 doesn't exist, do you mean 4.2.11.0 ? that's a very old version (2 years old).
I'm afraid the diffuse_albedo AOV wasn't implemented at that time, which is why it's not showing up for you.
I am sorry about the wrong version number I posted; It is 4.2.11.0.
So it means there is no way to get the albedo of diffuse from this version? I want to extract the flat albedo information as an aov. Is there any workaround or any script available?
Yes in arnold builtin, you don't have any way to get the albedo with this version. Maybe you want to take a look at the alShaders 3rd party library. The albedo AOV was maybe already supported at that time, but I'm not sure.
