Missing Material Palette

Installed Arnold 5.0.1 for Houdini 18.0.287 but the Arnold Material Palette is missing. I only see Mantra.

Everything else seems to work okay and renders are fine, but all is in grey. The normal Arnold Shelf tabs are there also and seem to function normally. Here is my .env file.

Here you go:
- Put the folder gallery to C:\Users\XXX\Documents\houdini18.0
- put the file Renderers to C:\Users\XXX\htoa\htoa-5.0.1_r5e954ab_houdini-18.0.287\htoa-5.0.1_r5e954ab_houdini-18.0.287
- Check Solid Angle under Houdini Prefernces:(Edit/Preferences/Rendering)
- Choose Arnold from Material Palette
