[HtoA] Arnold Procedural (ass file) displacement override

Hello, I have a bunch of instanced alembics that have been cached out to an arnold-archive ass file. I am then trying to apply a shader/displacement to the ass file.

I cannot seem to override the ass file's displacement at all. What is the preferred workflow for assigning displacement to an arnold-procedural?

I have tried assigning a displacement shader/map to the alembics before caching to an ass file. This comes up in the ass file as a "disp_map" string. What is the workflow/syntax to override this parameter? All i'd like to do is apply a blanket displacement map to everything within one arnold procedural.

Any help is appreciated

Use an operator on the procedural, with a selection expression that selects all shapes in the procedural.

Thank you Stephen, I got there in the end - It wasn't immediately obvious how to do it.

For my future self that will no-doubt come across this problem again.
