Photoshop is going to open your 32 bit image based on your settings which is sRGB by default.
You should get a warning when you open your document asking if you want to assign the working profile or is you want to assign one. You can assign ACES here. You might have to add it to your photoshop profiles.
If you don't get this warning then make sure your Profile Mismatches and Missing Profiles is turned on.
Photoshop is limited in 32 bit. If you want to convert to 16 bit to composite then take a look at the following:
Hope this helps.
thank you for your response @brian foley
I recently used plugin called exr-io to open exr files so when i insert exr file to ohotoshop the plugin menue pops up otimatically with different options
I didn't acctually know that PS has this feature
I'm using PS 2017
should I uninstall this plugin to do so , or there is another way !
I forgot to mesion that my settings in maya was set to aces
I'm using aces1.0.3.ocio color management file
all aovs with beauty render of course were rendered with aces but the issue happens when i export aovs with multi layer exr it converts otimatically to default SRGB not Aces SRGB as I set in maya
I figured out that in order to assign ocio file in photo shop I should use (open color io) plugin
The plugin is fine but it should still ask what profile you want to assign.

Also, if you look at the info for your file does it say ACES color space or generic HDR?
