Hi,
I bought a single user 1 year subscription for Arnold. I use C4D and when I open the license server I switched it to single user and logged into my Autodesk account, but it won't recognize my subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the latest software for Arnold and the License Sever. I tried contacting Autodesk multiply times through every avenue I could find, but they don't seem to care much for customer support. Any help would be much appreciated.

Where would I be able to open a support case? I also have had trouble finding a place to actually open a ticket?
This is a backend problem (a problem on the servers that supply the licensing information).
Workaround: log on to your Autodesk account, unassign Arnold, and then reassign Arnold
