Hi,
How I can properly use overscan feature of Arnold?
I have been trying to replicate example for the help page.
In that example overscan extends resolution of final image in forth sides by given numbers.
I setup image resolution to 500x500px and put 10 50 100 200 values inside Overscan field and then run batch render.
In final render resolution of the images stayed the same, but camera shifted to the left and rendered crop of original frame.
Also I tried to use it in conjugation with user options
region_min_x -201 region_min_y -101 region_max_x 551 region_max_y 511
And had the same result.
I want extend my current render in 50% on top, for example. How can I achieve this?
Thank you

I don't get that. Overscan works for me, and I don't know how to reproduce the behavior you describe.
Hi Stephen,
Thank you for support.
I found cause of the problem.
I was using Exr-IO plugin for Photoshop for preview those rendered EXRs.
And in settings of that plugin is checkbox "Ignore display window" which you need to check to view "Overscan" properly.
So that was not Arnold issue.
