Arnold 6 License Server Install failing

I am trying to update/ re-install both the network License server and our 2020 Arnold licenses for MAXtoA. I generated a new 2020 license on https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/products/generate-license. But when I run "Install license server" from the ArnoldLicenseManager.exe it fails. I tried removing the old service using LMTOOLS but it still fails. I can send you the Installer.log and diagnostic off forum.

-thnx

Unless you have an old version of NLM, there was no need to re-install it.

Just start LMTools, point it to the new license file, and do a Reread (or maybe a Stop then Start).

If you stop the service, you should be able to install.
Open the Windows services console (search for services.msc), find the NLM service, and stop it.
Then run the installer.

I'm not sure what is happening, but when I use LMTOOLS:

@ Please send your license file and the server debug log to support@arnoldrenderer.com
In LMTOOLS, the Config Services tab has the path to the debug log file.
