How can i fix arnold, mtoa load and openCL evaulator failed

Hi i using education license with Maya 2020. How can i fix thats errors: mtoa load, arnold error, openCL evaulator failed to initalize clew?


When i was Click Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager

Scroll down until you see mtoa.mll

Click the Loaded and Auto load check boxes

Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2020/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 317: Initializing dynamic link library (DLL) failed.  (mtoa)

  • You need to check the environment of the Maya process. For example, is there another Arnold in PATH? Get the output of system( "set" )
  • Get a Process Monitor log

Upload that info somewhere (in a zip file)
