How do I utilise / composite Cavity, AO, Vector Displacement, and Displacement Maps in MAXtoA?

You mean the maps that you export for example from Substance Designer? For the Displacement you need to use the Arnold Properties modifier. For cavity and AO you can use it as maks to tweak you base colour.
No idea about MaxtoA but in general the workflow is the same
ao need to be multiplied with beauty
cavity need to be multiplied with specular or use it as mask
vector displacement map 03 channel (x.y.z) need to be connected to vector displacement
displacement map, one channel scalar need to be connect to displacement shader
