Cryptomatte through transmission material?

I'm trying to figure out how (if possible) to get a cryptomatte material matte that is "behind" a transmission material. I have two materials for the CD jewel case that are inside the case (so underneath the transmission material), but when I pull the EXR into After Effects and try to pull the material mattes, all I'm getting is the whole CD case as one matte since the transmission clear plastic material is covering the two inside it. Trying to pull object matte's gives the same result: just the whole case. So in the screenshot below, I want one matte for inside the pink area and one inside the yellow area, but all I can get is one matte that's the whole blue area of that the case resides in. Is it possible to get a cryptomatte for a material or object that's covered by a transmission material?

This is not supported by cryptomatte as far as I know.
