Can I put a texture map in Specular IOR to control Specular and Refraction?

Hi,

The object on which I'm working on has both refraction and specular using a black and white texture map. I'm getting my specular results when the IOR is set to 2.5 but for the refraction result I need to keep the specular IOR to 1.2 which kills all my specular so I also tried putting the specular map in coat and get the output but it looks like plastic, coat kills my bumps which specular (IOR 2.5) doesn't. I tried using the black and white map in specular IOR but it's not working. I need the specular (specular IOR 2.5) output for my specular and (specular IOR 1.2) for my refraction. Please help!

You can use a Range shader between the texture and standard_surface.
