how can i render houdini ocean surface in arnold?

i searched little bit, trying a build something like mantra ocean shader but not getting a solid result, especially foam,white water. @Saber Jlassi @Lee Griggs

Hi, have you exported the vector displacements and Cusp from the ocean_preview node inside the ocean_surface obj?

If so you can use them for the displacement of a grid, and use the Cusp in the alpha of the exported textures to mix foam on top of the main water shader.

thank you for the answer,its getting somewhere but not quite right to me.i think arnold can do it better,your result better than mine though.I will try a little more. thanks again
