Save node selection and shaders in operators nodegraph

Hello,

Seems that in Maya it's possible export a selection of operators and their shaders in a operator nodegraph.

In C4D its for do the same, is needed create multiple nodegraph due is not possible export a selection of operators nodes?

And the other question, what about shaders? When save all operator shader nodegraph, all shaders used there will be saved in .ass file or is needed do something else?

Thanks!

Multiple node graphs? Do you want to export the operators attached to procedurals?
I think you'd need to modify the python script provided here: https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/x/j447B

The script appears to do one operator at a time

For the global operator, Export Operators will export everything, even the disconnected graphs.

Yes, it will export the shaders too.

Thanks,

I have edited both lines, but when I have and "Arnold Operators" object, and launch scrypt. C4D crash... How it's supposed that this script works?

I need select something prior launch? or something else?

OUTPUT_PATH should be an ass file. For example: C:/temp/myops.ass

I tested on Windows and it worked.

Currently the whole graph attached to the Arnold Operators object is exported, no option of exporting only selected nodes from the UI. You can create a new Arnold Operator with the selection only and export from there.

The script also exports the whole graph, there's no option in the command at the moment to export only selected nodes.
