Arnold and C4D - hair renders in IPR but not in final render

Hello,

i have a problem, maybe because I'm new to Arnold render.

I was using hair to make grass, but when i try to do a final render in Cinema 4D, my hair is not showing.

How can i fix this?

Also,I have tried to render hair in different scenes, when I has less hair in one scene, it is rendering fine, but when I had more hairs it seems like its not rendering out.

Thanks

Have you added an Arnold tag to the hair?

Can you upload a simple scene somewhere?

I think it's similar to this thread: https://answers.arnoldrenderer.com/questions/25111/arnold-not-rendering-hair-that-uses-a-sweep-rende...

The hair does not render because Circle type used under the Generate tab. It will be supported soon, meanwhile the workaround could be to move the Hair Object under a Connect Object.

I am working on furry pillow and came across weird behavior. I Have a pillow and render instance in one file and it renders great.(generate type none)

Please check if the Hair Render effect is added to the Render Settings. Hair render is changed in C4DtoA 3.0.2 to generate guides via the native Hair Render effect, but I'm actually thinking of reverting this change and making it optional because it seems to be causing to many issues.
