How on do I set up my license to batch render without watermarks??

I feel as though I've tried everything and have no support. I've followed instructions and still get a watermarked batch render.

I have maya and I don't understand. the videos don't educate very well. I'm not a computer programmer or a developer. So, I don't understand very well.

Can any one possibly give me step by step process of how to install and set up my license. I have a floating license and I still haven't had the opportunity to enjoy my purchase.

All you have to do is download and run an installer. For MacOS and Windows, the links are here: https://support.solidangle.com/x/ERRSAw
