AA_inv_density AOV missing in HtoA

Hi!
In documentation to htoa you writing about AA_inv_density AOV in Adaptive sampling part

but I don see it in AOVs list in htoa 5.0.1 to lastest beta, for houdini 17 and 18

iirc, it's not exposed in all plugins

Just add a custom AOV, name it AA_inv_density
