multiple maps in a shader?

hello I wanted to know how can I use 2 different normal maps and 2 different height/displament maps in one shader this is what I have but I have no idea how to connect 2 normal maps and the displacement maps in one shader I know its something to do with layer... but a little confused on what exactly and how to use it a little walk through please 🙂7410-screen-shot-2020-06-23-at-31259-am.png

For displacement maps, I'd say use composite node(or any node that has blending modes) with overlay mode if your map is 0.5 centered.

Combining normal maps is a little complicated.

You can use partial derivative or reorientation method but never use overlay or any linear blending option.

For blending normals, I got this one you can use.

There should be a c4d version in there, thanks to our UI scripter on this board.
