C4D Arnold +Ryzen TR 1950x high temperature

When I use C4DtoA my Threadripper goes from 32 to 68-69 degree right away. Is that a normal behavior? On the other dual Xeon PC I have, the temperature is more contained (52-58).

exactly normal temp... nothing to worry about. temp below 95 degree is

consider safe.
