Arnold not rendering proper correct alphas.

Im having issues with Arnold in Maya 2019. It is not rendering correct alpha for the background and as a result I'm not getting transparent BG in my final render. Also, I'm rendering .EXR as Maya Arnold doesn't create alphas for .PNG. I've included Alpha and Final render images below.

1. Is there a background in the scene?
2. Does it happen with object matte enabled?
3. Does it happen with .tif?

More details/screengrabs about the scene would be useful.
