C4dtoA - Weird linear subdivision behavior

Hey,

This is a snapshot of the IPR in wireframe debug shading mode.

My geo has basically one polygon per side and I am trying to subdivide in the arnold tag with linear subdivision to keep the hard edges. Somehow I get these weird bending effects that look like C4D phong errors. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks!

Are normals ok?

I guess so? Sorry normals confuse me... 🙂

Can you upload the geo scene somewhere so that we can test it?

Seems like there's a problem in the plugin with the normals in linear subdivision mode. Will be fixed in the next release.
