When will AMD gpu's be included in Arnold?

Per the main question... when will AMD gpu support be written into Arnold?

AMD cards have massive compute performance which is going unused in commercial software and gives people a wrong impression (which is far from being the case).

Both the hw and drivers work splendidly.

AMD users like myself require AMD gpu support to make full use of our hw.

Yes, I'm aware that ProRender exists, but it can be a bit limited in regards to use of materials... equally so, Arnold is similarly limited in use of materials and lights.

I'm just saying Arnold devs need to make use of OpenCL so AMD GPU's can be used in rendering as well.

Otherwise, you cannot import stuff from one scene with Arnold into the other that uses Pro Render, because material use isn't compatible between the render programs.
We need greater interchangeability... not less (or proprietary).
