feature reuqest: render HDA for solaris

it would be nice to get default render HDA for rendering images files as the other renders do.

we had to build one by myself.

We have an HtoA ticket to look at this (https://trac.solidangle.com/htoa/ticket/1523).


If you can share your HDA that would be useful feedback as we're looking at the best way to support this.

i am building some tools (pyhton based) to make life, easier in solaris and Arnold. i will share, once i have enough time to finished everything.
