I'm trying to use Arnold License Manager with single-user licensing on Ubuntu 20.04.1.
Installing single-user licensing fails with the following error message:
The relevant lines from InstallationLog.txt are as follows:

I have openssl version 1.1.1f installed. My Arnold version is 6.0.4.0, with htoa version 5.4.0.
It seems like the version of Qt used to build the license manager needs updating in order to be compatible with the most recent version of openssl.
If anyone is having the same problem I fixed it by installing the "alien" package on ubuntu. Apparently it is needed for the install.sh file to run.
@mats_nyman is correct
The Autodesk Licensing tools are RPM packages, so on Debian based distributions (Ubuntu, Mint etc) you will need to install the alien package which will allow the Arnold licensing installer to convert the rpm packages to deb and install them.
Hiya, I'm going insane!
Could someone please provide a step by step guide on how to do this install. I have alien.
Do I need to uninstall HtoA and reinstall with alien?
Thank you in advance!
