So since i'm not sure how Arnold GPU actually handles VRAM i don't know if this is doable but i think it would be a good feature if users could monitor VRAM usage/allocation without the need to utilize third party software like GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner, while at the same time offer a reliable realtime feedback on avaliable/lack of texture/shader cache.
Does arnold calculate and allocate the amount of VRAM it actually needs?
