Intermittent crashing while batch rendering

I've been having trouble rendering a fairly large scene (3200+ frames) with a lot of stand-ins to keep things running smoothly. Usually, when I try to run a batch render, it renders one frame successfully, and then crashes at the next frame. I tried about 10 or so times in a row, each successive frame crashing. Then it suddenly managed to render in sequence without issue, so I left it alone until it got to around frame 3000, where it crashed once again. Now I'm having trouble getting it to start, since like before, it crashes after one successful frame. I'm really confused since the issue seems to be unpredictable; it had a good streak but I aven't been able to batch render since. The log, however, seems to give the same error, like this:

I have had similar issues with other projects/scenes on this particular machine (Windows 10, Maya 2018, Threadripper 1950x) with large, complex scenes that had stand-ins. I'm not sure the problem is related to the stand-ins though, might just be a coincidence. Either way, any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for including a log! I see you're using a two year old version of arnold:

I suggest you download a newer version of arnold/mtoa in case this is a bug that has since been fixed.
