Dividing diffuse_albedo and diffuse_direct not working with some colors

Am I doing anything wrong? I am trying to get RAW lighting pass with the diffuse. It is strange that it is working totally fine with some colors but now all8424-test.jpg

Having a similar issue with c4dtoA core 6.0.4.1. I'm getting diffuse shading in our diffuse_albedo pass. When I divide the diffuse by diffuse_albedo, some objects still have colors in the result while everything is is grey as expected.

The diffuse albedo AOV contains the exact weight of the diffuse component for each object.

That weight depends on the base color, and base weight standard surface parameter, but is also affected by other parameters when they reduce the diffuse component reflectivity.

For example, the specular color, specular weight, metal or transmission parameter will affect the diffuse_albedo AOV.

If you want to get to a lighting pass, you might want to try adding the specular_albedo AOV to the diffuse_albedo before dividing, though I can't guarantee it will work in all cases.
