Combining shaders with different reflections

Hi all, I can't figure out how to do this, so perhaps someone could show me:
1607062447727.png

Currently this is achieved with 2 renders: 1st render is normal beauty render, 2nd render is specular AOV of just the key light, with everything else hidden so they don't appear on reflection. Then it's combined in Photoshop.

Is there a way to achieve the same result in only one render? Perhaps by making it into one shader, or making it into separate AOV (but still renders in one go)?
Any help is much appreciated!

Note: I'm using MtoA 4.2.0.1

Hi Ciro, thank you for your reply, but coat layer still reflects everything around it, not only certain lights.

Ok, I see what you mean. I am not sure about Maya, as I use 3ds Max, but you could create a AOV Light Group for that light. https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/display/A5AFMUG/AOVs#AOVs-Per-LightAOVs
