i need to understand how mask one part of a mesh.
I need to make 3 boat simulation on a big ocean, one side I have a my infinite ocean and his shader other side my water, in water sim i can generate a mask to merge both ocean an water sims together
But how i put my mask on the ocean shader ?

I don't think you can mask geometry in Arnold like you can in Mantra but you can convert it to a map. I think this is what you are looking for.
