What is cmdArnoldMtoARenderView? That isn't in the MtoA source code.

That Invalid Syntax Error is not necessarily coming from MtoA, and it's hard to tell because there's nothing else in the script history.

What version of MtoA is this? The very latest?

Can you set History > Echo All Commands and see what that logs?

Where is this file name coming from?

C:/Users/Intel/Documents/maya/projects/default/sourceimages/D:/Pictures/HDRI's/spruit_sunrise_4k.tx

That's the problem: that file name.

that file name is me, Intel, just the name the person who built my machine called it, never changed it, I did a re in stall add a light and image hit ipr and syntax error again, but it is to do with the image coming from my d drive and my Maya default is c and if i load the hdr from my desktop i do not get the errordriveScriptEditorSyntaxError.txt
