Hello everyone. I have a student with a problem. She is running Windows 10 on a fairly old laptop; an Aspire 5560 series, model no: ms2319 with an amd radeon hd 6520g GPU. She can run Maya 2020 sucessfully, but when she tried to activate the Arnold plug in she gets an error message; "Line 317: a dynamic link library (dll) initialisation routine failed" and Arnold fails to load. I am a Mac user so does anyone know if this computer should be able to run Arnold? Her version is MtoA 4.2.1.
