Can I apply Optix Denoiser or Arnold Denoiser on a loaded render?

Hi

I am using the latest Arnold 6.2.0.1

I wanted to ask if it is possible to apply the Optix Denoiser Imager (or Arnold Denoiser) on a image rendered beforehand and loaded in the viewer afterward.

How could I do that?

Thanks

Paolo

You can use the Arnold Denoiser command-line (noice) to denoise an already-rendered image. That's assuming you rendered the required denoising AOVs too.

You cannot load a file into the Arnold Render View and then denoise it. The denoiser imagers work on the Arnold render output, before it is written to disk.
