i tried many methods .. different shaders and uv layouts, unpremultiply the result .. but cant get it without black lines..

Can you show images of what you are getting? Are you getting it with other models too or just this one?

hi lee ! thank you for your anwser ! no i never got any bake without seams .. i attached a character i am working on ...the large black areas are ok (from his hidden pants and shirt)

i guess it has to do with the antialiasing against the uv borders ... it gets better when i put multiple layers of the same texture on top in photoshop ... but i can still see it ..it will not work without postprocesaing the baked texture.
