'Flip G Channel' on bump node for only certain area of geometry?

There is an option to 'Flip G Channel' on the bump2d node. I need it unchecked for only a certain area of the geometry for which I have a mask for. How can I achieve this? Using Arnold 4 btw.

Can you assign a separate shader to those specific objects/polys?
