Why is my specular reflection missing from my image?

The specular properties of the cylinder are not seen in the reflection.

Could be a to high of a ev value?

The first one is at 6, the second at 16 + a bit of light compensation.

Maybe upload your test file. 😉

I tried to upload a file - clicked on the paperclip icon for insert file and I get this:

"Your attachment must be one of: gif,png,jpg,jpeg,zip,tar.gz,pdf,txt,ass"

Can you post your shader settings for the plane? Is the Specular Ray Depth high enough?

I changed the Specular Ray Depth to 16 and it made no difference. I would like to send my sample file if I could.

It looks like its something to do with the Exposure (and Physical camera) control you are using. I also noticed you are using a Physical Sun & Sky Environment. I replaced it with Arnolds Physical Sky and it seems to behave correctly.
