batch render has flicker in frames in AOV, snapshot of same frames via IPR do not.

When I look at my specular indirect and direct AOV of two consecutive frames there is a difference in the noise of the AOVs

When I do an IPR Render of the same frames and save the snapshot, there is no flicker and no difference.

There is noise, but it's the same in both frames, whereas in the batch render the noise is different in each frame.

Without having to resort to rendering IPR and save a snapshot per frame, anyone have any ideas why im getting different per frame in batch render and not per snapshot.
