Aliased/jaggy AOV object masks C4DtoA

Been a while since I used C4DtoA and am usre this is simple - my object masks are jagged when I use them as an alpha in Photoshop, how to make these clean please? Thanks for any pointers.

What are your render settings? Do you have any images that you can share?

Sorry for the late answer. Aliasing comes from the default gaussian filter used by the object mask AOV. You can change it to a closest filter when you select the AOV in the object tree, for instance:
