Render Material issue

Hi all

I would really appreciate someone's help

I have been having an issue with various material options not showing up in the IPR render window. In the image below I want the egg shape to have those darker patches.

Does Arnold have specific requirements with materials to render?

C4DtoA is automatically converting your CINEMA 4D materials to something Arnold can render, but it is a basic conversion. Not everything (like Diffusion) is supported:
https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/display/A5AFCUG/Cinema+4D+Material

You'll have to build an Arnold material, using Standard Surface, and you can use the C4DtoA noise shader too (an Arnold version of it is available in the Network editor)
