Having trouble rendering texture on alembic

Feel like I'm missing something super basic and would greatly appreciate help.

Goal is to get animated tree from https://www.thegrove3d.com/ to Maya/Arnold.

I exported alembic for anim and fbx for UVs.

Looks like the UVs transferred over correctly.

What am I missing?

The fbx tree isn't rendering any texture either.
