HTOA - All jobs submitted to render farm hang

We've got an issue where suddenly ever job submitted to the render farm hangs at this stage:

I'm just trying to confirm what stage in the rendering process this is, is this trying to locate a licence but can't or are we post that stage?

That (the screenshot) looks like a Houdini Console, in which case it's normal and the startup license check was successful.

Do you have a log from a render node?
