moving screen texture

hello im looking to achieve a moving screen effect and want to know how to achieve something like the picture I provided the method I though out was having a glass texture and below it the same shape object with an emission that projects a bitmap shader playing an image sequence with whatever I want behind it. is this the right method or is there another also if the method I provided is right how to I perfectly uv the image sequence around the object

Have you tried the uv_projection or uv_transform shaders?

nope will try that also is the method I mentioned right for my screen or is there another method ?
