Unable to Sign in via License Manager

Hello,

I'm having problems to sign in to License Manager (C4DtoA). To my understanding, for Single-users there should be a Sign-in button on the top left corner. I cannot see it there except a Register button on the top right corner.

When I click on the Register button, it asks for a password:

I tried my Autodesk password (without my username?) but it gets stuck with "Registering product":

You have to register before you can sign in.

Register runs a command-line tool. Can you get the license manager log? That may show what happened when the Arnold License Manager tried to run the command.

Registering the product requires admin privileges. When it asks for the password (Authentication required dialog), you need the password of your Mac account. Assuming your account has rights to call sudo.

(Btw normally registration is done when you run the C4DtoA installer. I'm wondering if something went wrong there, maybe permission issues?)

As @Peter Horvath suggested, I entered the Mac password but received this failed notification:

And thanks @Stephen Blair for the tip to check the License Manager log. I didn't know about it. Below is a copy of the latest event log after I gave the password. . As far as I could say, there seems to be a connection problem?

I would try a complete uninstall and then re-install of "single-user licensing"

In a Terminal, run these commands:

cd ~/Autodesk/LicensingInstaller
sudo ./uninstall.sh

sudo will ask you to type your password. Press ENTER after you finish typing.

Then start the Arnold License Manager and switch to Single-user licensing. The license manager will ask if you want to install single-user licensing.

If you still see this in the License Manager log

then you'll need to contact Autodesk support (log on to manage.autodesk.com and click Contact Support).

I have exactly the same issue on my Winodws 10 machine. How can i fix it here?

I can't find a uninstall.sh file anywhere.
