Hey! I'm trying to roll back my Houdini a bit in an attempt to get a slightly older plug-in to work, but I'm getting a lot of errors.
Tried a fresh install, removed everything, all Houdini versions and HtoA and the .env file but even then I'm still getting errors like this when dropping down an Arnold node:-
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Driver/arnold, opdef:/Driver/arnold?OnCreated, node /out/arnold1", line 1, in <module>
File "C:/Users/james/htoa/htoa-5.6.0.0_r370661f_houdini-18.5.462/htoa-5.6.0.0_r370661f_houdini-18.5.462/scripts/python\htoa\searchpath.py", line 23, in <module>
if os.environ.has_key('ARNOLD_PROCEDURAL_PATH'):
AttributeError: '_Environ' object has no attribute 'has_key'
And this in the console:-
SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print('[htoa] HTOA environment variable already set to %s' % os.environ['HTOA'])?
Been frying my brain all night.
James
And when trying to open the licence manager
Traceback (most recent call last):

If you want to use a Python 3 version of Houdini (that is what you have), then you have to use HtoA 5.6.3
Older HtoA versions don't support Python 3
