Also how do I scale the sky to fit perfect when rendering

atm it enlarges it and pixelates the sky

Disable diffuse, etc (not camera) contribution in the Arnold Sky.

Could it be the resolution of the HDR is not high enough?

You could increase the size of the resolution of the Arnold Sky.

What happens when you increase the Arnold Sky resolution?
