c4dtoa.xdl64 crashes on Xparticles Trails render tag with thickness mode to multiplier (works fine on custom thickness )

Hi There !

I'm trying to render XpTrails with arnold tag and thickness mode to multiplier (to keep it related to particles radius that are growing and shrinking over time) and sadly it crashes everytime i Try to render the full animation, on a random frame around 45 to 60 on my scene.

litteraly :

capturerr.png

and hundreds of those line at the end of the c4d log file :

[18:46:39] CRITICAL: Stop [ge_container.cpp(807)]

however on custom thickness mode it works.

I tried various combination of particles behaviour (full lifespan, frozen particles, no Scale/radius modifier etc... ) and got crash each time.

i'm using R25, Xparticle 1036 and C4dtoA 3.3.9

tried also on S24 with Xp 1030, and on R23 with Xp 895, with same results

as it crashes c4d, arnold IPR don't have time to produce an error in the log, so I don't know what is happening or what it's related to, but definitely have something to do with particles radius not ending in the right place for the arnold trails render tag I assume ?

here is a link to my scene file (it's a simple setup with xparticle, don't need to cache), if you have time to look at it.

Thanks for the scene, I could reproduce it. Must be a bug in the plugin, I'll take a look in the next days and let you know if I have a fix.

This is now fixed in C4DtoA 3.3.10.
