Maya arnold .ass files are rendering black in houdini

My maya Arnold .ass files rendering black in Houdini

I have done the layout and lookdev in maya and export as .ass files to houdini everything works well, expect duplicated proxy were rendering black. It doesn't make sense to me, everything renders expect duplicated proxy , different placement like moved to different location were not rendering. any help appreciated.

What versions of MtoA and HtoA?
What's in the Arnold log for a render?

What's a duplicated proxy in an ass file? A ginstance of something?

-I made sure this duplicated rock has the same name but has version up 1 added in the end.

Do i need to add anything in the arnold log? its has bunch of information about textures and shader paths

I'd have to see the log to be sure.

When you exported the ass files from Maya, did you export relative paths for textures and procedurals?

Sorry, missing diffuse texture on the rock when exported as .ass file that's why its black lol. I feel bad now, so stupid. Actually these rocks where done by different person and I didn't expected that. Thanks for your time and help
