Colour change issue on Picture Viewer

Hi guys, I have a technical issue when using Arnold. The rendered frames become grey and purple instead of the light blue background and navy blue knobs. Please could you let me know the issue ASAP. I am using C4D S24 and Arnold version 6.2.1.0.

If you compare with the IPR, maybe you have color correction settings or LUT enabled in the IPR window? Those are applied to the IPR only, not visible in the Picture Viewer. https://docs.arnoldrenderer.com/display/A5AFCUG/IPR+Display+Settings

My next guess would be different color space setting in the IPR?

Hi @Peter Horvath, thank for finding out the possible solution. I have looked into the IPR and it seems like I have not enable the colour correction setting and LUT. When I re-render this I am still encountering the same problem.

Can you update to the latest version (C4DtoA 3.3.9) to see if the problem is still there?

Hi @Peter Horvath,

After I have installed C4DtoA 3.3.9, I have received the, "No plugin found" message. I have checked my CPU through `sysctl -a | grep machdep.cpu.features`, to see if SSE 4.1 is supported and it is. If C4D S24 doesn't work then I will try the R25.

Note, that since 3.3.7, the minimum supported S24 version is S24.111 (because of a change in the SDK). The plugin won't load in S24.035, so maybe you have to update your Cinema 4D version as well?
